DOG HEALTH AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. By submitting this registration form, I confirm that each dog entered. I understand that the organiser, judges, ring steward or Welfare Delegate may refuse, pause or withdraw a dog from the competition if welfare, health or safety concerns are identified.

1. Is healthy and fit to participate in the competition. 2. Is free from infectious disease and parasites. 3. Is not showing signs of pain, lameness, respiratory distress, severe anxiety or extreme fatigue. 4. Has a coat condition suitable for competition and visible transformation. 5. Complies with Norwegian legal, health and venue requirements. 6. Has valid identification, travel and vaccination documents where applicable. 7. Does not belong to a breed or type prohibited under Norwegian law.

EQUIPMENT AND PREPARATION.

I understand that dogs must arrive: clean and dry. Free from mats and tangles. With clean ears. With nails clipped or filed. With sanitary and paw pad areas safely maintained where appropriate, With enough coat to demonstrate a clear transformation. I understand that excessive pre-grooming, pre-patterning or shaping before the competition may result in penalties or disqualification. Competitors must bring their own safe, professional grooming tools, equipment and products unless otherwise stated by the organiser.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO CONSENT

By entering Scandigroom 2026, I agree that the organiser may take photographs and videos for documentation, judging, promotion and educational communication. I agree to photography and video use as described above. Dogs must not be forced into uncomfortable poses for photographs, awards or public presentation. If stage lights, applause, crowd pressure or noise cause distress, the dog may be removed from the stage or presentation area without penalty.

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted: 1. The Scandigroom Competition Rules. The IGS Welfare Guidelines. The venue rules. Norwegian animal welfare and dog management requirements. The instructions of judges, stewards, the Welfare Delegate and the Organising Committee. I understand that failure to comply may result in penalties, disqualification, removal from the competition area or refusal of future entries.

AVAILABILITY AND REFUND CONFIRMATION

I understand that places are limited and allocated subject to availability. I understand that my entry is not confirmed until I receive written confirmation from the organiser. If my registration is received after the relevant class is full and no suitable place can be offered, I understand that the entry fee will be refunded in full. I have read and understood the availability and refund conditions.

Registration deadline: 18 October 2026 Late registrations may be accepted only if places are still available. Places are limited and will be allocated in the order that completed registration forms and payments are received. Submission of a registration form alone does not guarantee a place. Participation is only confirmed once written confirmation has been issued by the organiser. If a registration and payment are received after a class or competition session has reached full capacity, and no suitable alternative can be offered, the entry fee will be refunded in full.
